Yes. The title says it all. I should have known. Everything was going well. Other than a few boo-boos here and there, we have been lucky to avoid major problems. I came back from a day and a half of travels to find the floors were stained. Good thing you say????? Uh, no. Did the color match the agreed upon stain??? N-O-O-O-O-O-O. It turned out to be this:
Just think bluish whitish painted floors. In the grand scheme of things this wasn’t that bad (think calamity with structure) but this was one I didn’t want since it impacts a good 1/3 of the house.
