Sorry for the delay in posting. The past couple of days have not warranted documenting anything because frankly not much was happening. The continuation of “slow mode” carried over this week and now we are a week behind. Today the insulation was finally installed in the back wall and in the attic. Originally we not expecting to replace a good portion of the attic insulation. But after the electricians came and pretty much destroyed the ceiling, we ended up getting some new insulation up there too.
Tomorrow is sheetrock day. And if you recall in a previous post, the contractor said we can really start to see it come together once the sheetrock gets installed. We’ll see. I am waiting to chronicle the good stuff: cabinets, countertops and appliances.
