It was a slow evening so I had to entertain myself by messing with Lucy. We accomplished 1.5 out of the 3 tasks mentioned yesterday that was supposed to happen today. The plumber came this evening to install the fixtures and get the gas line ready for the range installation. The electricians also came to begin the end of the electrical work. ( I thought I was going to get light today, but was w-r-o-n-g). And the biggest task today- installation of the back splash didn’t happen after all. I was told tomorrow. Uh-huh.
In the meantime, Lucy is going to start working for a call center to help supplement our income to pay for the kitchen. Hehehe.
