This evening the back splash processing has begun. The tile master came and applied the thin set and tomorrow evening the back splash goes up. No surprises here. The tile chosen is a hexagon 1″ polished Carrera marble. I wanted a more striking shape the regular subway tiles and figured the polished stone will have more of a “glistening” “sparkly” look.
Tomorrow: back splash goes up, plumbing fixtures are installed, and the lights get turned on!
Thin set all the way.
